From being a labourer, soldier, coalman and actor, I served the BBC as a Radio Journalist and producer of countless features for 32 years. I presented many series including Points North, My Kind Of Town, and Summer Holiday, and for the World Service others like Postmark UK, and Wales Today. Also I was a reporter on the Radio 4 crime busting Checkpoint team winning the Sony Radio Award.
